Registration

1. Registration fee is at S$12 per team. Payment to be made by crossed cheque or cash only.

   Cheque payments: Crossed cheques must be made payable to "Festival Square Circle Pte Ltd". (National Heritage Board's appointed event agency). Please do not send post-dated cheques. Mail all cheques attached with completed registration forms to :

   Cash payments: Payment to be made in person at the above address. Please do not send cash by mail.

   Registration forms can also be faxed to 6221 3610 (cheques can be sent separately by post, with team name and contact details stated at the back of the cheque)

2. Registration forms and cheques to reach us by 19 July 2005.

3. Please redeem event t-shirts with the issued receipt at the Festival Hub's Information Counter, located at Suntec City's Tropics Atrium.

   Collection date/ time: 14 to 20 July 2005, 12pm to 6pm.
