  2. In view of road closures for the National Day Parade rehearsals on Saturdays ( 16 July & 23 July), there will be no NM Express shuttle service from the City Hall MRT station to the Festival Hub at the Suntec City. The NM Express shuttle service will run on Sundays only (17 July & 24 July).
